Upgrading subscription

If you are on a subscription you have the ability to upgrade your listing to get more exposure out of your listing? Upgrading is a good way to get more eyes on your listing and generate more enquiry.

You should know!

The following categories are subscription categories: Event, Meeting, Storage, Studio, Commercial Kitchen and Shoot Locations. If your listing isn't in one of these categories you will not be able to upgrade your listing through this process.

How to upgrade my subscription

Log into your sharedspace account Sharedspace Login.
Access your account section and click the vertical ellipsis on the top right hand side of the listing. Then click on the upgrade subscription link.
The plans range from a standard listing up to a gold listing. We show you which listing plan you currently have selected and which other plans are available.
Congratulations, once you have selected your new plan we will charge your card on file and process your request. You will receive an email containing all information regarding your upgrade request. If you have upgraded you will also receive an invoice with the paid amount.

You should know!

If you decide to downgrade a listing to a lower plan, the downgrade will not take affect until your current billing period comes to an end. If you upgrade your listing, the upgrade will take affect immediately. You will be charged the difference of the plan based on how many days are remaining on your current bill cycle.
