View performance

The performance summary includes information on how many views the listing received, number of phone views and email enquiries. The report shows the entire history of the listing.

View overall performance summary

Log into your sharedspace account Sharedspace Login.
Access your account section and at the bottom of your selected listing you will see the overall performance of the listing.
Overall perfomance will show

Listing views - How many times your listing has been viewed.
Listing saved - How many times a user has favourited your listing.
Email Enquiries - How many email enquiries have been sent to you from this listing.
Phone Enquiries - The number of times users have been displayed your number.

View performance history

Log into your sharedspace account Sharedspace Login.
Access your account section and click the vertical ellipsis on the top right hand side of the listing. Then click on the edit link.
The history is shown by entry date. Showing the latest first and oldest last.
Perfomance by

Listing plan type - The type of listing you had for that entry.
Listing views - How many times your listing has been viewed.
Listing saved - How many times a user has favourited your listing.
Email Enquiries - How many email enquiries have been sent to you from this listing.
Phone Enquiries - The number of times users have been displayed your number.
