How many images can I have in a listing?
- You can have a maximum of 10 images.
- This is regardless of the type of upgrade purchased on the listing.
What are the recommended image specifications?
- We recommend using landscape (horizontal) images with an aspect ratio of 16:9 or 4:3
- For optimal quality, images should be:
- At least 1200px wide
- Saved in JPG or PNG format
- Higher resolution images will appear crisper and more professional
How to upload a virtual tour
Log into your sharedspace account Sharedspace Login.
Access your account section and click the vertical ellipsis on the top right hand side of the listing. Then click on the edit link.
Go to the Images & Video section and click on the tour link button
We support Matterport & Google 3d Tour embedding. You will need to post the embed code into the textarea. Click Embed Tour.
The modal will close and the tour will be displayed where the button previously was.
You can remove the tour from the listing by clicking remove beneath the video preview.
You should know!
- 3D tours on sharedspace.co.nz are only available to Premium and Gold Listings.
How to upload a video to sharedspace
Log into your sharedspace account Sharedspace Login.
Access your account section and click the vertical ellipsis on the top right hand side of the listing. Then click on the edit link.
Go to the Images & Video section and click on the video link button
We support Youtube & Vimeo video embedding. You will need to post the embed code into the textarea. Click Embed Video.
The modal will close and the video will be displayed where the button previously was.
You can remove the video from the listing by clicking remove beneath the video preview.
You should know!
When you add your video to a listing, copy the full embedded link from either Youtube or Vimeo.
Videos on sharedspace.co.nz are only available to Premium and Gold Listings.
How to upload an infopack to sharedspace
You should know!
- Infopack upload is only available for event and meeting room listings.
Log into your sharedspace account Sharedspace Login.
Access your account section and click the vertical ellipsis on the top right hand side of the listing. Then click on the edit link.
Go to the Images & Video section and click on the add infopack button
Once you have selected your infopack, click open and the infopack will automatically be uploaded to our server. We only support pdf file formats for infopack uploads.
The modal will close and the infopack will be displayed underneath the add infopack button.
You can remove the infopack from the listing by clicking remove beneath the infopack file name.
