When you add a phone number to your gold listing, Sharedspace provides you with a unique phone number that is assigned specifically to your listing. This unique phone number is used for tracking purposes. It allows Sharedspace to monitor incoming calls that are made to that number. This tracking mechanism helps businesses determine the effectiveness of their gold listing on Sharedspace in generating customer inquiries or leads through phone calls.

Sharedspace's call tracking system records relevant data such as the caller's phone number, the duration of the call, and locality of the caller. This data can be analyzed to gauge the success of your listing and understand which calls originated from Sharedspace.

Moreover, the call tracking system can send you notifications in real-time whenever calls are made to the unique number. You will receive an email notifying you that you have received a call through our tracking system.

Where to find your enquiries

  1. Log into your sharedspace account Sharedspace Login. If you do not have one already, create a sharedspace account here.

  2. On the left hand side select the enquiries button in the menu below listings. Account enquiry menu
