How it works

I have space to list

1. Sign up to sharedspace - Registering your account is super simple and fast. You can quickly set up and validate your account with Sharespace and start the process of listing your space.

2. Create a listing - With our easy step-by-step listing process, you can list your space under one of nine different categories in less than five minutes. Once you have finished you can preview your listing to make sure you are happy with it.

3. Choose your plan - We like to keep things flexible, just like your space. We have a range of simple listing options that allow you to control the listing duration and the features of your listing. Once the listing is live you can log into your account at any time and make changes to your listing, or stop your listing when it is no longer required.

4. Watch the enquiries come in - Once your listing is live, your space will be in front over 450,00 visitors who browse sharedspace each year. You will start getting email enquiries direct to your inbox about renting your available space, or phone calls if you have chosen to include a phone number. Simple as that!

I'm looking for space

1. Browse by category - You can browse spaces by type, location and the amenities you need.

2. Find the right listing - Discover the space you need in no time using our lightning-fast search functionality and super intuitive map search.

3. Connect directly with a space - Once you have found the space you need, get in touch via email of phone on the listing. No jumping through any hoops to get in touch, and no commission fees. Just the fastest way to connect to the space you need.

Listing fees

We have a super simple listing fee structure that allows you to list your space on a flexible monthly, 3 monthly or yearly basis. Select between a Standard, Premium or Gold listing plan depending on the exposure your space needs.
